Larry McVey has a career retail background. Worked at Colonial Jewelers in Chestertown from 1985 - 1987 and joined the Elkton store in 1994.

Patti Bowen worked as an accountant and tour director. Came to Colonial Jewelers as part - time Christmas help in November 2002... and has never left.

Jeffrey Seidel came to Colonial Jewelers in May 1978 and managed the store for over 25 years. Purchased the business in September 2005.
